This is a metal dough bowl that fits inside the main bowl for making bread and cakes. used with the food processor and put straight in the oven. for magimix 5200 & XL only.
NEW metal bowl with handle ideal for making home bread, Sandwich loaves, Gingerbread, Brioche and pound cakes.
Easy to use Magimix dough bowl
- Place metal dough bowl inside main bowl
- Place plastic dough blade into dough bowl
- Put solid ingredients in bowl i.e. flour / salt etc.
- Put on lid and switch on food processor
- Slowly pour in liquid through feedtube until dough is ready.
- Leave to prove and rise in dough bowl with sheet of aluminuim under base.
- Then simply Put Metal dough bowl with mixture in oven.
Max quantitys for 5200 and 5200xl = bread dough 850g, brioche 930g and cake 1kg.
