Terms & Conditions of Trading

All good remain the property of BBS ltd until paid for in full

Subject to stock availability we aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of order

Goods returned for credit or refund will only be accepted if proved to have a manufacturing fault and provided that an authorized returns number is quoted. This may be obtained by e-mailing or telephoning us directly.

DELIVERY

Breakages and discrepancies must be notified by e-mail within twenty four hours of receipt – otherwise we regret no claim can be considered.
UK Delivery charges:

£4.50 for the first item.
£0.50 for each subsequent item.

Channel Islands & Isle of Man charges:

£9.95 for each order (no machines can be sent to these destinations)

European charges:

£9.95 for the first item (no machines can be sent to these destinations)
£0.50 for each subsequent item

WORLD:

£9.95 (no machines can be sent to these destinations)
£0.50 for each subsequent item

BBS ltd despatches orders all round the world using the postal service to addresses submitted by clients. Please ensure full address and country of delivery. For orders from outside of the U.K., it is a condition of sale that our liability extends only as far as dispatch of goods. We will provide proof of posting if required but that is the limit of our liability for orders placed.

We do not charge V.A.T to Channel Islands, Isle of man or Rest of the world, please choose correct delivery zone and proceed with order and this will be amended during processing and correct postage and V.A.T will be charged.

We DO NOT send whole machines to Destinations outside the U.K., This includes Channel isles or Isle of man.

GUARANTEE

All products, parts and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects.

The guarantee will vary from product to product and from accessory to accessory.

Some parts are required to be fitted by a qualified electrician, failure to do so will invalidate the guarantee.

The guarantee is not valid outside of the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom.

Magimix products are very robust but because environments and use can differ greatly, the guarantee does not extend to non-domestic use e.g. (restaurants, schools, cafes etc.) These are specifically excluded from the guarantee.

BBS ltd reserves the right to ask for sight of the receipt to support any in guarantee claim.

BBS ltd reserves the right to change prices without prior notification.

None of the above will affect your statutory rights.
