Magimix Serial numbers 

Magimix Food processors and Juicers are all hand built in France. They have Reference numbers on the Base of The Machines so you can find out which part fits your machine, Put in the 5 digit REF (number only) into the search on our website and it will find all parts for that model.

If you want to find out how old your Magimix is You can tell by the first 5 numbers of the Serial number 

the First and last numbers are the Year of Manufacture - 21 is 2021  (99 is 1999) 

The Three middle numbers are the day of that year - ie 355 is the 355th Day 

Date of Manufacture - Guarantees*

Before 31st August 2011 - 12 years motor - 3 years Parts 

1st September 2011 - 28th February 2015 - 20 years motor - 3 years parts 

1st March 2015 onwards - 30 year motor - 3 years parts

Before 31st August 2020 - 3 years Motor - 3 years parts 

1st September 2020 onwards - 30 years Motor - 3 years Parts

*Guarantee Exclusions 

Magimix guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from:

• A fall or impact

• Incorrect handling not in compliance with the user manual

• Insufficient aftercare or cleaning

• The use of abrasive detergents unsuitable for plastic items

• The product being connected to an electrical power supply with a voltage different to that shown on the identification plate

• External events (fire, flood, etc.)

• Commercial use (including small offices and cafes)
