Ideal for weighing ingredients straight into bowl, i.e. Making Dough - put empty Magimix bowl with Dough blade on the scales, press TARE add first ingredients, 250g flour, press TARE, 5g salt, press TARE, 160ml water with 5g Yeast stirred in, place bowl on Magimix base, make sure dough blade is located correctly - press pulse to process, when ball of dough forms near handle stop.
