**Why are the Magimix Bowls now Tritan Plastic?

On January 1, 2015 the second phase of France’s ban on bisphenol A (BPA) became effective. French law changed, all bowls and lids need to be BPA free plastic, so Magimix confident in the Motor base of the 3100 4100 5100 machines, all hand built in France, have produced these kits to "Upgrade" to the latest design at a fraction of the cost of a new Machine.
