We have a large workshop and trained experienced engineers. We ask customers to send machines to us, but before that, you can check a couple of things...  

1. Magimix food processors - dont just stop - they run slowly or the spindle may be damaged see here

2. We may be able to help over the phone 01252 727755

3. Please box Machine sufficiently, this means once it is all wrapped, shake the parcel if anything moves you need to put some more packing inside the BOX, all blades must be wrapped safely, and remember to wrap plugs. Its your machine we take no responsibilty if it gets damaged.  

4. Put Your return address (for Quotation) contact Email Address and Phone number info in box.

5. Put in a description of Fault.

6. Address to :-  BBS Ltd, Unit B, Grovebell Industrial Estate, Wrecclesham Road, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 4PL. (Or you can drop off and collect from us). 

7. If in Guarantee Magimix Guarantees to cover the cost of Parts, Labour and return postage only. 

8. If the machine is out of Guarantee - BBS Ltd send a quotation for your repair, we will only complete the repair once you have agreed the charge. 

9. (Out of Guarantee Magimix machine repairs =£25.00 inc VAT Minimum Labour charge plus part cost, If needed, returning to mainland UK £10 inc vat)

10. We cannot Repair some older machines they do not travel well + some Magimix do not have parts. Please check with us before sending 1800 2000 2800 2800s 3100 3500 4000 4100 5000 5100 Machines. 

11. All Nespresso machines are Repaired by Nespresso 0800 442442 or nespresso.co.uk
