Ideal for weighing ingredients straight into bowl,

• ie Making Dough - put empty Magimix bowl with Dough blade on the scales
• press TARE add first ingredients, 250g flour
• press TARE, 5g salt
• press TARE, 160ml water with 5g Yeast stirred in
• place bowl on Magimix base, make sure dough blade is located correctly - press pulse to process, when ball of dough forms near handle stop.
